Sometimes you know about a sport but you just don't have the vocabulary to explain it. If that is true for you, you may want to look through these handouts or these websites to help you build your vocabulary and your sport knowledge.

Idioms are expressions that don't mean exactly what the words themselves say. These are always very difficult for people who are learning English.
